Data Analyst

Description Seeking an experienced Product & Data Analyst to support critical initiatives the gift card products covering fraud detection, mitigation and prevention. This is a 12 month contract role based in Cupertino with a hybrid structure, you would be asked to be onsite Tuesday through Thursday. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Fraud, Legal, Operations, Product, and Business Development to design and implement fraud monitoring solutions and prevention strategies. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to gift card fraud. Develop and maintain dashboards that monitor suspicious activity trends. Create and track fraud KPIs to measure the effectiveness of fraud prevention strategies. Provide regular fraud trend updates and insights to key stakeholders and management Provide data-backed recommendations to influence product roadmap decisions, focusing on improving fraud prevention capabilities and reducing exposure to emerging threats.
