Join our team as a Clinical Quality Specialist within the Research & Development Quality function, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities : + Strategic QMS Management : Lead our QMS strategy to uphold impeccable quality standards. + Nonconformance Handling : Manage CQA-related nonconformance processes, supporting effective corrective actions.
- Performance Metrics & Risk Management : Develop performance metrics, analyze data for trends, and mitigate emerging quality issues proactively.
- Process Improvement & Change Control : Contribute to process improvement initiatives and oversee CQA-related Controlled Document processes.
- Collaborative Auditing : Possibility to engage in audits as part of process improvement initiatives. Your Qualifications & Experience : + 2+ years of quality experience in Clinical Operations, Quality, or Consulting.
- BA / BS in a related field, with a focus on GCP regulations and guidelines. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work effectively in team dynamics.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. + Experience in electronic quality systems, auditing, and clinical operations.
- Background in risk management and process improvement. + Experience in clinical monitoring or project management. + Ability to drive process improvements and apply critical thinking.
