Responsibilities include :

Providing high-quality massage treatments to clients

Customizing massage sessions to meet the specific needs of each client

Maintaining accurate client records and scheduling appointments

Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors

Adhering to all state and local regulations regarding massage therapy

Qualifications :

Must be a licensed massage therapist

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Passion for helping people feel their best

Massage Pay

We have competitive compensation paying our massage therapist up to 45% commissions plus tips and bonuses. Our pay is scaled depending on how much our clients love you.

Using our unique analytics, we are able to track your performance. The more professional you are, how well you communicate and meet expectations of the clients, the more you will get paid.

If you do not meet our highest standard, don’t worry, we will help you get there! Through coaching and training we will help develop you into the best massage therapist you can be!

Massage Schedule

You can set your schedule! We have 5 treatment rooms and work off a block scheduling system (9am-3pm, 3pm-9pm).

Massage Treatment Rooms

Our office is calm, clean and inviting, outfitted with electric Oakworks tables, towel warmers, cupping sets, myofascial scraping tools, massage guns, essential oils, cbd and hot stones to help you get the job done! Tired of listening to the same massage tracks over and over?

We have installed ceiling speakers and 6 channels of different genres of massage music for you to choose from.
