Domino's Pizza in Columbia, United States, is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 3102 Green Meadows Way location. Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking phone calls and in-person orders with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and other forms of payment
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness standards
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy and a problem-solving attitude
