Customer Service Rep
Domino's Pizza in Columbia, United States is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 416 S 9th St location. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities include :
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
