We are seeking an experienced Concrete Wall Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in forming and pouring structural concrete walls, can effectively manage crews, and is committed to delivering high-quality results while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of wall crews on-site
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications
- Ensure proper installation of forms, rebar, and embeds
- Manage concrete placement, finishing, and curing processes
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive job site
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
- Track labor, materials, and progress reports
