Sous Chef

Seeking an experience sous chef to help oversee day to day operations.

Responsibility will include :

• Supervise kitchen employees and delegate daily tasks
• Providing hands on training to new staff members to insure a high standards and food quality.
• Oversee daily food prep and execution of food dishes to maintain quality of food.
• Must be willing to work on the line.
