Job description
A company is looking for a Customer Education Video Producer to create engaging educational video content for its software products.
Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality educational videos using screen recording software and Adobe Creative Suite
Collaborate with Customer Enablement teams to create content that supports customer success
Manage digital assets and maintain the YouTube channel, optimizing video content for performance
Required Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in educational video production and eLearning content development
4+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects
Strong project management and organizational skills
Deep understanding of instructional video design and best practices for customer education
Proven ability to learn new software quickly and produce accurate product demonstrations
