Spa Locker Room Attendant

Job Summary

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION : The Locker Attendant will be responsible for the cleanliness and stocking of all guest supplies of the Chuan Spa.

This position is a true guest service function requiring an individual that approaches the spa as it were her / his home as they welcome and care for quests during their visit at the Spa.

Housekeeping functions consume approximately 65% of the associate’s day, along with the ability to service several guests at one PONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES :

Maintain complete knowledge of : oAll hotel features / services, hours of operation oAll Spa services, retail and professional products.

• Maintain complete knowledge and comply with hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
• Greet each guest with a warm welcome and fond farewell.
• Provide continuous guest service, anticipation of guests’ needs.
• Maintains proper linen pars on a daily basis.
• Stock linen closets and guest lockers.
• Maintain cleanliness of linen areas.
• Upkeep cleanliness of spa locker rooms and grooming stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of all guest dry and wet lounges.
• Stock and maintain hospitality stations.
• Accommodate all guest requests expediently and courteously.
• Handle guest complaints by following the instant guest pacification procedures and insuring guest satisfaction.
• Ensure that providers are paged and / or advised of arrival of all guests.
• Notify engineering with all maintenance needs.
• Assist Fitness Center, Salon & Spa when needed.
• Perform any task deemed necessary by management.
• Set up workstations with necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
• Legibly complete requisition for additional supplies / materials and submit to Spa Front Desk Supervisor.
• Review in-house guest list and be familiar with guest names and room locations.
• Maintain cleanliness of Spa.
• Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the ary Range $20-$25.

70 Requirement . PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

• Periods of standing exceeding 50% of shifts are required.
• Activities include standing, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, handling, lifting, carrying, seeing, hearing, talking, walking.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds including pushing and pulling on a daily CIAL SKILLS REQUIRED :
• Ability to promote Spa products and services.
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.
• Ability to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Salon & Spa desk.
• Ability to think clearly, quickly, maintain concentration and make concise decisions.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up.
• Ability to focus attention on details.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guest information and pertinent hotel data.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
• Flexibility in CATION REQUIRED :
• Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
• Previous experience in similar position.
• Over the age to legally pout ENSES OR CERTIFICATES : Certified in basic first aid and CPR preferred.
