Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator assists with planning and organizing of office & various project activities required for effective coordination of electronic security installation projects.
General Accountabilities :
- Represent Company in a business-like professional manner in both conduct and appearance, to maximize client satisfaction
- Available to work outside of, or in addition to, normal business hours
- Work in compliance with the Company's policies and procedures including safety manual with safety of self and others in mind at all times
- Maintain and protect assigned Company assets
- Accurate written record keeping, submitted on time and complete
Specific Accountabilities :
Maintain inventory levels for office supplies and team uniformsOversee and manage mail distribution & fleet maintenanceAssists in planning and scheduling engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities on projects or service installed jobsCoordinates the procurement of materials, supplies and services and controls timely delivery to job siteMaintains construction schedule and coordinates task scheduling with other tradesEffective communication with all stakeholders on project progress, escalating issues as needed to Project Manager(s)Maintains all records of job status, budget changes, material flow and completion datesMay estimate or assist in estimating projectsRoutinely walks job site to ensure quality installation of company productsAssist in monitoring time logged to projects by all resourcesWorks with contracts, reports, schedules, and other tools to define project parameters and to assure project profitabilityAccurate documentation and data storage of all aspects of the project, including but not limited to POs, change orders and Notice of Completions (NOC)Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED2 years of experience in an administrative role, project management, security integration or technical experienceValid US driver's license with acceptable recordAbility to pass pre-employment screeningPreferred Qualifications :
Associates degree (2 year) or Bachelor degree (4 year) in a technical capacity4 years of experience in the security industryPMP or PMI certifiedDemonstrated Professional Competencies :

Must be able to effectively communicate, (ie see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and / or customers; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipmentWorking Conditions :
The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderatePay : $50,000 - $60,000 (DOE)
