The incumbent works as a Grant Manager within the Division of Community Development, Office of Long-Term Resiliency (OLTR), Bureau of Business Economic Recovery.

The incumbent is expected to use independent judgment in coordination with other staff in identifying and establishing program policies and procedures for CDBG-MIT programs.

Specific Job Duties :

• Serves as Grant Manager to assigned subrecipient agreements from award to close-out.
• Perform preliminary document reviews, facilitate the tracking of agreements through the department review, approval, execution, and close-out processes.
• Works with subrecipients to draft, complete, or approve project scope of work.
• Ensures subrecipients are completing all required documentation to meet established minimum compliance standards.
• Conducts desktop and onsite monitoring on activities and expenditures of assigned projects to ensure compliance with state guidelines and contract requirements.
• Facilitates bi-weekly calls with subrecipients to ensure project moves in a timely manner.
• Creates agendas and minutes for bi-weekly subrecipient calls.
• Maintains file for each subrecipient and program to provide State and Federal audit support.
• Notifies direct line of report of any challenges or obstacles.
• Approves reimbursement requests through SERA.
• Compiles and verifies information for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required for the Position :

Pay : $45,060.11 to $48,000.00 annually
