Maintenance Associate

A company is looking for an Associate, Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary escalation contact for roadside assistance providers, resolving issues through Salesforce

Host monthly check-ins with providers to strengthen relationships and ensure service expectations are met

Assist teammates with system access, troubleshooting, and internal roadside tools

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Background in fleet maintenance, roadside assistance, or client services strongly desired

Proficiency in Salesforce and Auto Integrate preferred

Experience handling escalations and working with external service providers

Technical aptitude for troubleshooting access and system issues
