Recruitment Manager – High-Growth Environment

This role offers the opportunity to build, scale, and lead a recruiting function that fuels nationwide growth in sales talent. our client is a rapidly growing, award-winning home exterior remodeling company specializing in roofing, siding, and gutter services in multiple states, with offices in Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and beyond. Position Summary

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and coach a team of recruiters across multiple offices.
  • Design scalable recruiting strategies and performance systems.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for sales, marketing, and operations roles.
  • Optimize ATS / CRM tools and deliver data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Strengthen employer brand through networking, events, and partnerships.

Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of recruitment management experience in high-volume settings.
  • Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation of out-side sales candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing recruiting KPIs.
  • Budget Management
  • Proficiency with ATS / HRIS (JazzHR a plus).
  • A proactive, collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic environments.
