We are looking for a dedicated Manager Emergency FSED like you to be a part of our team. The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit / department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies / procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives. What qualifications you will need : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Required. Three or more years of experience in emergency nursing or equivalent knowledge preferred. American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification within 7 days of hire. American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification. Must obtain within 90 days of hire and maintain certification. American Red Cross or American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Course and Certification. Must obtain within 90 days of hire and maintain certification TNCC and CEN / CCRN certifications preferred. Must obtain TNCC certification within 1 year from date of hire and then maintain certifications. Previous management experience preferred.
