Job description

Territories : Contra Costa County and Alameda County

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, and social workers.
  • Represent Qualicare at community events, health fairs, professional mixers, and networking functions.
  • Conduct outreach visits and deliver educational presentations to promote Qualicares services and generate referrals.
  • Track referral activity and market trends to support sales strategy and territory growth.
  • Partner with intake and clinical teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral to admission.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 12 years of business development , sales, or customer-facing experience in home health, hospice, senior living, or a related healthcare industry (healthcare exposure strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with the East Bay / San Ramon market and ability to build a local referral network.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and contribute to census growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with healthcare professionals, clients, and community partners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities across a territory.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Valid drivers license, reliable transportation , and flexibility to travel within the assigned region.
  • Compensation & Incentives

    Base Salary : $90,000 - $100,000 Base

    Commission : Will be further discussed in the interview
