Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An established mail order pounding pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for a contract to hire role on the 2nd shift. This position offers the opportunity to oversee prehensive pharmacy operations within a high-volume, multi-state shipping environment, focusing on quality patient care, staff leadership, regulatory pliance, and operational efficiency.

Location : Fairfield, OH

Job Type : Contract to Hire

Shift : 2nd shift (2 PM10 PM or 4 PM12 AM), including some weekends

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring timely prescription processing and optimal workflow
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel
• Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and patient care
• Schedule and allocate staff coverage to meet operational needs
• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations including DEA and HIPAA
• Maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Stay current on pharmaceutical industry developments and pliance standards
