Job descriptionLegal & Compliance : Coordinate contract execution (NDAs, vendor agreements), maintain records, support immigration filings, and track HIPAA compliance with partners. HR & Payroll : Process payroll in Gusto, manage expenses and leave, support onboarding / offboarding, and maintain org chart and directory. Finance : Process AP, vendor invoices, and purchase orders in QuickBooks; reconcile Stripe / Shopify / PayPal; manage payments; coordinate monthly close and tax filings with accountants. IT & Insurance : Set up laptops, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and coordinate insurance renewals, COIs, and workers' comp claims. Office & Events : Manage office supplies and facilities, handle shipping / receiving, order swag, and coordinate team events. 5+ years of experience in operations, office administration, or HR / finance support. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, QuickBooks; experience with Gusto, Slack, Carta, and Notion is a plus. Familiarity with Stripe, Shopify, PayPal preferred. Experience in healthcare or technical fields is a bonus.
