A leading dermatology and aesthetic practice is seeking an experienced and polished Front Desk Receptionist / Phone Coordinator to join its patient care team. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients, managing check-in and check-out, coordinating appointments, and responding to cosmetic and medical inquiries.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet patients with professionalism and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Manage a high volume of patient phone calls and respond to cosmetic and medical questions promptly.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately using the practice’s EMR system.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support daily operations and patient satisfaction.
Uphold a professional appearance and attitude consistent with a high-end medical practice.
Contribute positively to a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical office setting — dermatology, cosmetic, or aesthetic practice preferred.
Strong scheduling and phone coordination skills.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Dependable work history and strong customer service focus.
Self-starter with leadership potential.
MediClear Certification (or equivalent) required.
