Receptionist Position
The receptionist assists visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifying company personnel of visitor arrival; and maintaining security and telecommunications systems including operating a multi-line telephone system. Education and / or Experience :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :
Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Mathematical Skills :
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Requires sufficient language skills to compose correspondence, proofread documents, and effectively communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and clients. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe PDF, and Excel software.
