Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Grapevine, TX! As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with big-name brand clients, ensuring their needs are met from start to finish. This includes entering and processing orders accurately, verifying all details, and coordinating deliveries. You will be communicating directly with the client and resolving problems swiftly and professionally. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact, overseeing the full client lifecycle and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and passionate about client success, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Requirements :

• Must have 5+ years of Account Management experience
• Must have experience tracking sales trends and supporting a sales team
• Must have experience using VLOOKUP in Excel

Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

Compensation : $55K-$60k / year
