Role Overview - Operations Manager :
- Operational Leadership : Supervise day-to-day operations with precision, ensuring operational excellence across all facets of our business.
- Team Development : Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to exceed expectations, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
- Training Oversight : Develop and maintain robust training programs for Packing, Moving, and Driving academies, enhancing team skills and service delivery.
- Strategic Execution : Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business decisions and operational improvements.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Engage with different departments to spearhead innovation and streamline processes.
- Client Relations and Business Development : Cultivate new and existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Quality and Inventory Control : Manage inventory and oversee quality controls to maintain the highest standards of service and efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Essential : Proven experience in professional moving and management roles.
- Desirable : Post-secondary education; however, we value skills, drive, and experience highly.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Strong ethical standards and a high level of personal integrity.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical prowess in solving complex operational issues.
- Proficiency in fleet maintenance and knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance.
- Capable of training on and operating large vehicles and equipment such as 1-ton pickups with 34-foot gooseneck trailers and forklifts.
- Solid computer skills for efficient data management.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Salary : $75,000 per year
