Technically astute, you should be able to troubleshoot complex applications with various integrations and quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.
Pay : $80 - $85 / hr (W2)
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business, technical development, and app admin teams to conduct GAP analysis, define business requirements, and oversee technical development.
- Ensure adherence to processes for stability, incorporating organizational controls such as SDLC and change management.
- Work with the global IT Finance team and IT Supply Chain to enhance processes, support, and project delivery.
- Perform technical activities such as system configuration, data extraction / load, and report development.
- Act as a business partner for IT Finance, ensuring the successful implementation of financial projects.
- Assist in estimating potential efforts and project sizing.
- Help educate and train local finance users on IT Finance applications.
Experience Requirements :
Minimum of 6 years experience working with Oracle EBS Finance applications.Solid techno-functional experience with multiple Oracle EBS (R12) finance modules, including Accounts Payables, Purchasing, and General Ledger.Proficiency in Oracle PL / SQL.Experience with integrations using APIs and XML templates.Familiarity with Oracle Supply Chain and Oracle Process Manufacturing modules is a plus.Strong understanding of financial processes such as Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.Able to engage with users at all levels to identify requirements and deliver results effectively.Ability to analyze business processes and translate needs into solution designs, resolving process gaps with standard functionalities.Commitment to customer care, system reliability, and issue resolution, including potential off-hours support.Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Knowledge of data analytics tools, such as Tableau, is advantageous.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Flexibility to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle is preferred.Experience in the biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.Prior work in a SOX environment is a plus.Education Requirements :
