Benefits Administrator
Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators.
- Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting and fees.
- Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes.
Requirements :
Experience in 3-5 Years of Benefits / Employee Benefits Administration Experience
o Must have knowledge of federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements
o Experience using MissionSquare
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS
- Soft Skills Organized, Independent, Professional, Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Education Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred
