Junior Family Office Accountant Bookkeeper

Our client, a multi-generational single-family office, seeks a detail-oriented accountant / bookkeeper to join their collaborative, long-tenured team. This role focuses on bill pay, entity accounting, and financial reporting for high-net-worth family clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage bill payments, cash flow, and budgeting for client entities
• Reconcile accounts, monitor liquidity, and prepare financial statements
• Coordinate payments for loans, credit lines, and insurance
• Onboard clients to bill-pay systems and maintain accurate records
• Support special projects and communicate directly with family members
