Facilities / Mechanical Engineer & Property Management Expert

You are a P.E. with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of Facilities Maintenance / Management experience (commercial, institutional, and / or residential). You have a deep understanding of property management and safety.

You are already an expert. Robson Forensic will train you to be a forensic expert.

As a Facilities / Mechanical Engineer & Property Management Expert , you will :

• Investigate facilities and grounds maintenance and management incidents.
• Analyze documents and on-site conditions to determine the facts and issues at hand.
• Write clear, scientifically sound reports.
• Provide expert testimony .

You will delve into the "why" behind incidents, critically assessing decision-making, operational procedures, and the standard of care. It is extremely challenging work, but also an intellectually thrilling and rewarding experience. You will :
