Senior Technical Product Manager, Targeting And Incrementality

The product team at Albertsons Media Collective plays a crucial role in developing innovative ad products and premium data-driven solutions that empower advertisers to reach millions of shoppers with highly targeted ads while enhancing the shopping experience. In this position, you will collaborate with diverse business and technical teams, including advertisers, suppliers, partners, and industry standards organizations, to define priorities and develop next-generation capabilities for retail media.
Main responsibilities :
- Design and launch audience segmentation tools leveraging first-party and partner data.
- Partner with our ad sales team, engineering and data science to produce the data requirements and build durable, privacy-compliant targeting and segmentation capabilities.
- Work with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics teams to launch ML-based audience segments.
- Integrate experimentation into product launches and advertiser workflows.
- Develop propensity-to-buy scoring models to improve targeting and personalization.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to leverage behavioral and transactional data for predictive insights.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following :
5 to 8 years of experience in product management, leading ad-supported media experiences within the tech, retail, entertainment, or social media industries.Expert understanding of customer identity and customer data in advertising browser cookies, mobile device identifiers, identity graph, 3rd party identity solutions, privacy compliance, data governance.Expert understanding of machine learning, predictive analytics and optimizationProven ability to develop vision, strategies, and foster collaborative relationships within complex, matrixed organizations.Analytical and wired to consume large amounts of data and insights.Passionate technologist with a brilliant growth hacker mindset and business acumenStrong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.Equal obsession for customer challenges and engineering complexitiesBachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.We also provide a variety of benefits including :
