We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Rental Agent and AI Trainer to join our client's team. As a subject matter expert in counter and rental services, you will play a critical role in training AI systems to understand and replicate the essential functions of rental clerks and leasing consultants. This unique opportunity allows you to leverage your industry expertise remotely while influencing the future of AI in customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert insights and guidance on the daily tasks and responsibilities of counter and rental clerks.
• Document and clarify rental processes, from order receipt to payment finalization, to improve AI learning.
• Review, refine, and create training examples that showcase best practices in customer interactions, both written and verbal.
• Describe available rental options, services, and repair processes to guide AI training scenarios.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training data.
• Evaluate and test AI outputs for correctness and alignment with real-world rental scenarios.
• Stay updated on industry trends and communicate insights to enhance training materials.
