Night Operations Compliance Manager Tulsa

The Night Operations Compliance Manager

Will spend the evening going to visit 4-8 facilities an evening. They'll walk the facilities to check on the quality and scope of the contractors doing janitorial assignments as well as any other ongoing facilities projects.

Then they will send in a report.

• Is responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors.
• Must be able to work independently and with others, in any type of facility including but not limited to; industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc.
• Needs to be able to exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and seeking the involvement of others to best meet clients’ needs.

The hours for this position are flexible, somewhere between 5 : 00 pm 2 : 00 am. Many of our Night Managers work 8 : 00 pm - 1 : 00 am.

The days of the week for this position are also flexible and dependent upon needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 1-3 years of prior experience in supervising or managing others
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Building, facilities, restaurant or similar industry experience a plus!
• Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.

Preferred Experience :

• Building maintenance, facilities, janitorial, restaurant or similar industry experience a plus!
• CRM experience
• Español

Physical Demands

The physical demands are representative of requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Compensation :

• Hourly wage of $17-$19 / hour
• Mileage reimbursement up to $600 / month

Schedule :

• 20-25 hours per week; may be able to turn into full-time at a later date.
• The assigned days to work are flexible; most of our Night Managers work Sunday - Thursday evenings.
• The assigned work hours are flexible, somewhere between 5 : 00 pm 2 : 00 am. Many of our Night Managers work 8 : 00 pm - 1 : 00 am.
• Must be able to attend 2 Operations meetings a month, 5 : 15 Wednesdays.
