Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) looking for flexible opportunities in Portland, OR ? We are hiring for direct hire, contract (8, 13, or 26 weeks), and per diem positions in home care and facility staffing . New grads are welcome!

What We Offer :

Flexible contracts : 8, 13, or 26 weeks

Competitive pay : $55 - $62 per hour (based on experience)

Work in home care or facility settings

Opportunities for new graduates and experienced PTs

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide rehabilitative therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and exercises
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements :

• Active OR Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Passion for helping patients regain mobility and independence
