About the Role

We're seeking a Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team and play a critical role in our business operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate financial management, analyzing data, process improvements and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across multiple entities. This position offers opportunity to learn and grow in your accounting career while working with an amazing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Take an active role in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Produce and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct revenue and expenditure variance analysis and provide insights on business performance.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Act as an accounting resource and support functional leaders across the organization.
• Work with multiple legal entities under different corporate umbrellas.
