Senior Project Manager
Oversee individual projects with the goal of eventually managing multiple teams. Meet regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and project alignment. Collaborate with business development teams to identify and secure new opportunities. Develop contracts, scopes of work, and project documentation. Mentor, train, and support team members to foster professional growth.

Their projects include assisted living facilities, churches, and automotive developments - all delivered through design / build. The successful applicant will have 10-20 years of experience in construction, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, proven Design / Build experience, demonstrated success in Business Development, including a track record of winning projects and driving revenue growth, strong ability to create and write contracts, proficiency in strategic planning, experience managing projects ranging from $5M to $15M, and be local to Indianapolis with a strong understanding of the local market. Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Title : Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Director of Construction (based on experience). Compensation : Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 - $185,000 per year.
