Manager Project Delivery (all genders) for Station A

We are looking for a Manager Project Delivery (all genders) for our portfolio company Station A.

Station A is a technology company reimagining how clean energy is bought and sold. Our distributed team is made up of climate-minded technologists strategists and operators committed to making climate action a no-brainer for everyone.

We combine proprietary software with industry expertise to guide commercial real estate owners and operators through their decarbonization journey starting with evaluation of their portfolios and culminating in transactions through our clean energy marketplace.

Were seeking a Customer Success Manager with deep C&I solar experience to lead Station As post-award project delivery and customer success function. This is not a traditional SaaS success roleits a hands-on commercial solar leadership position for someone who thrives at the intersection of deal structuring project execution and customer relationship management.

Youll lead a small but powerful team ensuring commercial solar and decarbonization projects progress seamlessly from RFP award through contracting and execution. You will own high-stakes negotiations drive customer satisfaction and remove obstacles to project throughput and financial close. This is a role for someone who speaks the language of PPAs EPC contracts and interconnection and who understands the real-world complexities of C&I project delivery.

Tasks

• Lead Contracting & Negotiations : Drive the full lifecycle of commercial agreements - including PPAs leases interconnection and EPC / O&M contracts. Youll redline negotiate and close deals that balance commercial technical and financial considerations.
• Manage and Develop the Delivery Team : Provide clear leadership and direction to the project delivery team ensuring priorities are aligned with customer outcomes timelines and revenue goals.
• Ensure Project Throughput : Identify and eliminate bottlenecks across development milestones - site control permitting interconnection and diligence - to keep projects moving efficiently to close.
• Own Customer Success for C&I Projects : Build trust with sophisticated enterprise customers ensuring transparency satisfaction and repeat business through consistent delivery and performance.
• Bridge Commercial Technical and Legal Workstreams : Collaborate closely with sales legal and finance to resolve issues early and structure financeable risk-adjusted projects.
• Systematize for Scale : Create processes playbooks and templates that increase velocity and repeatability across a growing portfolio of commercial clean energy transactions.

Requirements

Youre an experienced C&I solar professional who has led teams negotiated deals and delivered complex projects in partnership with enterprise customers. You understand the nuance of commercial contracting and the pace of clean energy markets. Specifically you bring :

Bonus : Experience in clean energy finance energy-as-a-service contracting or managing national multi-site portfolios.

We believe in pay transparency. The annual base salary for this role is $135k - $165k depending on your location. We also offer a performance-based annual bonus and meaningful equity.
