Client : Leading HR / Payroll Solutions Organization

Title : Account Executive

Location : Boston, MA

Responsibilities :

  • The role involves selling human capital management technology products and services to new clients within a designated region.
  • Responsibilities include initiating contact with prospects, scheduling appointments, showcasing software, negotiating agreements, and finalizing new business accounts.
  • Success in this role is measured by meeting weekly metrics, with support provided by leadership and sales enablement teams.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ Years of experience in a competitive environment with a record of success exceeding goals, which may be demonstrated through previous sales work, competitive internships or excelling in collegiate sales competitions.
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed.
  • Vehicle required (millage, gas, tolls, etc. will be fully covered)

Compensation : 100K Base + Commission + Comprehensive Benefits. First Year OTE : 180K+
