Location : Albany, NY Outpatient Only H-1B Eligible

Base Salary : $300,000 $350,000 + Incentives

Position Overview

A premier physician-led multispecialty group in Albany, NY is seeking a fellowship-trained Headache Specialist to join its growing MS & Headache program. This outpatient-only role offers work-life balance, robust clinical support, and a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Position Highlights

Outpatient focus : No hospital-based responsibilities

Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM

Light call : 1 : 4 rotation, no calls after 9 PM

Collaborate with experienced neurologists and APPs

Ample referrals and internal support network

Hospital-employed, physician-governed model

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary : $300K $350K + productivity and quality incentives

Sign-on bonus (discussed at interview)

Qualifications

Board Certified in Neurology Required

BE / BC in Headache Medicine Required

Headache Fellowship (completed before start) Required

NY Medical License or Eligibility Required

DEA or Willing to Obtain Required
