  • Tireless follow up until goals achieved (receiving Auth's, signed MD orders, Referral's, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HHA exchange clinical data entry
  • Well versed in Medicaid ,MLTC,CDPAS eligibility
  • Communication with contracts & insurance providers
  • Capable running reports via HHA Exchange
