Job Description
This hybrid role blends project management discipline with organizational change leadership to drive business transformation for both clients and internally within Burwood.

Qualifications
7+ years of experience leading complex technology and business transformation projects
Proven experience building or executing Organizational Change Management strategies
Highly skilled in the development and execution of communications planning.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging with executives, delivery teams and end users
Demonstrated capability in providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, or organizational changes.
You are preferably versed in managing work in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks
You have at least one Project Management-centric certification, preferably PMP or CSM
You are competent in building presentations, process value mapping, workflow diagrams, and SOWs
