Job Title
Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update SAP and other scheduling systems with current data to support production plans
- Create and release process orders (??$100M+ business) ensuring accurate quantities and timing
- Monitor production progress versus plan and adjust to meet goals and raw material demand
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and lead cross-functional resolution to meet customer / business needs
- Place and monitor raw material orders, communicate with suppliers, and track deliveries, issue formal complaints, drive supplier performance
- Manage inventory levels, bulk solvent schedules, and resolve supply delays proactively
- Uphold cGMP quality standards (SISPQ) via strict documentation, training, deviation reporting, and PPE use
- Adhere to ESHS rules : complete training, report hazards / injuries, coach peers, and maintain safe workplace
Requirements
Associate's Degree in related area preferredMinimum of 5 years' experience / training in a similar Manufacturing work environment preferredStrong interpersonal skills and verbal, written, and presentation skills.
