I. What is the opportunity? Are you looking to advance your current career as a project estimator and manager? If so, we may have the right opportunity for you at a busy regional distributor of doors, millwork, and hardware for large commercial projects.
II. How will you spend your time? Review project blueprints and specifications to determine project components and quantities.
Determine product and sourcing options. Evaluate availability and costing to develop a project proposal that meets the project requirements and company profit objectives.
Complete and submit project cost and schedule proposals. Coordinate with Customers and Vendors in the execution and completion of the project.
III. We are excited about you if you have the following? Experience in Division 8-Commerical Doors / Frames / hardware. 2+ years of door industry experience.
A history of good work performance and longevity. Good customer service, verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities, and prioritization under pressure. Full physical ability (mobility, flexibility, strength) to meet the requirements of the job.
IV. What do you get in return? Work Schedule : Agreed to 8-hour work shift, Monday to Friday Starting Compensation : from $60K years, plus bonus potential Benefits : Full benefits package.
