Location :  Sioux Falls, SD

Pay :  $25-32 / Hour

Hours :   Monday thru Friday, 7AM to 4PM

Description :

A large commercial construction company with a strong presence in Sioux Falls has an immediate opening for a structural welder. You will be welding on large commercial projects. Candidates must have stick welding (SMAW) experience either professionally or schooling. This company will pay for candidates AWS 3G certification if you don't not currently posses one. Once you pass your certification test, you will receive a $3-4 / hour raise. This company provides year round local work with no layoffs. You'll will be home every weekend. Candidates must have previous structural welding experience preferably in a construction setting.

Responsibilities :

• You will be working on a commercial jobsite performing structural welding.
• You will have to use the stick welding method to create the structures for commercial buildings.
• You must have previous stick welding experience. Preferably in a construction setting.
• You will be doing a lot of precast work on new commercial projects
• Working outside in the field, you must be comfortable with heights

Work Environment :

One of the oldest, well known construction companies in the Sioux Falls area.
