Senior Manager, Program Manager - Independent Reviews

L3Harris Technologies is looking for an experienced leader, well-versed in project management tools, techniques, and program controls, to lead the Independent Review team within the Program Management Excellence organization. The successful candidate will work effectively with the other members of the Program Management Excellence staff, their personnel, and the extended functional areas within the Integrated Mission Systems (IMS) Segment. The successful candidate will be able to leverage their experiences leading programs to ensure program reviews are appropriately focused, yield insight / value, and are consistently applied across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a critical function of the Program Management Excellence team for one of the largest segments within L3Harris Technologies.

Essential Functions :

• Responsible for developing and implementing an independent review program within the segment, to include pre-award reviews, in-execution reviews, and independent baseline reviews
• Leverage a wide array of PM experience, including challenged program turn around, to provide insight and recommendations during independent reviews
• Engages internal and external subject matter expertise as required to deliver innovative solutions to strategic objectives within the organization
• Brings projects to closure through ability to plan and execute within required timelines
• Apply knowledge of EVMS, scheduling, risk management, and other core principles and tools
• Responsible for understanding strategic objectives, setting expectations, and leading teams to achieve desired outcomes
• Lead various continuous improvement (e3) initiatives for the Program Management Excellence team.
• Provide support to initiatives as laid out by the Director, Program Management Excellence
