• Foster an upbeat, energetic, and fun atmosphere for guests as they enjoy board games, arts and crafts, and other leisure activities.
• Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests in selecting and participating in activities tailored to their interests and preferences while facilitating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment by adhering to safety regulations and implementing risk management practices during all activities and events.
• Adhere to the daily opening and closing procedures of the activities center, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
• Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues related to activities and experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of activity schedules, attendance, and guest feedback, using feedback to continuously improve the guest experience.
• Assist in the promotion and marketing of activities and events, both internally to guests and externally through social media and other channels.
• Embrace additional responsibilities as delegated by management to contribute to the overall success of the guest experience.

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing and delivering engaging activities and experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet guest needs.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Westgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace. Except where prohibited by law, applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for positions at Westgate.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
