Job Overview :
Requirements :
MUST have previous hotel front desk supervisory experience or hotel front desk experience. OnQ and Hilton experience preferred. Outstanding guest service skills; Strong hospitality skills. Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AMs and PMs. Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Neat and professional appearance.
