Advisor IT Supplier Governance
Description
Summary : Reports to the DChief Operating Officer of OhioHealthy, IT Supplier Governance, and is responsible to plan, prioritize, and oversee the operation and performance of 3rd party outsourced supplier(s) responsible for delivering IT services to OhioHealth.
The primary focus of this role is to ensure that contracted outsourcing suppliers meet or exceed agreed upon standards and metrics for performance pertaining to all technologies assigned to the supplier.
Among these areas are customer service / satisfaction, information security / risk management, issue / problem management, change management, financial management, contract management, demand management, strategic planning, and other operational and project processes.
The role manages the daily operational activities that develop and implement tactical plans for multiple components / processes for a specified area within IT.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree : Business Administration / Management
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Specialized Knowledge : Broad knowledge of technologies necessary to support clinical and corporate applications as well as the underlying infrastructure along with the ability to gather, analyze and interpret business drivers to support the organization.
Extensive knowledge of ITIL processes, Process Improvement, Project Management skills and the ability to apply this knowledge to supplier management and the development and ongoing monitoring of key performance metrics.
Highly skilled at IT service management, strategic planning, contract negotiations, vendor management. Ability to manage a highly diverse team of resources and responsibilities.
