What You’ll Do :

  • Deliver authentic Montessori experiences rooted in observation and individualized learning.
  • Serve as a mentor to assistant teachers and help shape classroom culture.
  • Foster strong relationships with families through consistent communication and transparency.
  • Maintain an organized, engaging, and peaceful learning environment.
  • Ensure all licensing, health, and safety standards are followed.

  • Montessori Certification (Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Experience leading a classroom and developing lesson plans.
  • A passion for child-led learning and commitment to Montessori principles.
  • Meets all state licensing and school-specific requirements.
