Sales Manager

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team in Irvine, California ! This is a chance to play a key role in driving our success while leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team.

Compensation Structure : $80,000 - $95,000 annual salary plus a competitive, uncapped performance-based commission structure.

Job Type : Full-time, 40+ hours / week

What You'll Do

• Conduct sales meetings with team members to review performance and deliver training.
• Perform one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
• Manage team and hold them accountable using KPIs that have been established by the leadership team and direct supervisor.
• Actively train veteran and new reps to ensure proper practice of job duties and performance.
• Develop team members by actively contributing to their growth through coaching in office and in the field.
• Review resumes and facilitate interviews for the hiring process to build team.
• Act as final approver for jobs prior to installation day.
