Title : Salesforce Tester

Location : Frisco, TX

In this role, you will join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Tester, focusing on manual testing. You will be essential in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations by crafting meticulous test plans and executing them to identify and resolve system defects.

Responsibilities :

Develop, document, and execute test strategies and test cases.

Perform thorough manual testing of Salesforce applications throughout the development lifecycle.

Work closely with the development team to understand features and technical implementations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality product.

Log defects and work aggressively towards resolution by conducting root cause analysis.

Generate and manage test data for manual testing processes.

Continuously improve testing methods by adopting best practices and new tools.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a Manual Tester, particularly with Salesforce applications.

Experience with Salesforce ecosystems and core technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
