The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, supporting managers and employees, and assisting in daily office needs to ensure the smooth running of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage office communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize files, databases, and records (electronic and physical).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate flow of information.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
