A company is looking for a Business Administrator to provide critical support to Leadership, PM, and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendar and meeting logistics for executives
Oversee resource and travel management, including expense reporting and vendor management
Support team experience activities and coordinate logistics for recruitment and onboarding
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience
1+ year of experience managing administrative budgets
Ability to meet security screening requirements
Associate's / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred
3+ years of experience in scheduling meetings / events and travel management is preferred
