The IDEAS team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Administrator to join our dynamic environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently and adjust to evolving priorities with ease.

As a Group Admin on the IDEAS team, your day will be a blend of proactive coordination and responsive support. Youll start by reviewing calendar requests and ensuring meeting spacesboth virtual and physicalare ready to go. Youll greet new hires and vendors, making sure their onboarding experience is smooth and welcoming. Throughout the day, youll liaise with other admins and stakeholders to keep operations running efficiently, manage supply inventories, and troubleshoot logistics for team events or workspace changes. Your presence onsite will be key to maintaining a vibrant and inclusive team culture.
