Mechanical Project Manager Opportunity – 40m MEP Value Project – Norfolk Area

MK Search are currently working with a tier 1 M&E contractor who are delivering a prestigious new accommodation block for an MOJ development in Norfolk, the project will consist of 40m of MEP services to be delivered over the next 3 years.

The project will consist of a 200 room accommodation block and a multi use communal area being built from the ground up. The preconstruction phase will last until late 2026 and PC is expected in 2028, so this is a perfect opportunity to get a foot in the door early on a project with a growing contractor that offer a lot of progression opportunities.

The company in question are a leading contractor that have a historic presence in the M&E sector, they are also owned by a 1bn turnover main contractor who provide financial backing to their infrastructure and projects.

Responsibilities

Role involves managing MEP services delivery on a 40m project for an MOJ development in Norfolk. Further responsibilities and qualifications will be discussed with the recruitment team.
